The hotel rooms were marvelous, with several saunas/steam rooms and a snow room, but lacked tea and coffee-making facilities. Air conditioning should be considered due to changing global weather patterns. The service was excellent, with minor hiccups, especially the helpful staff. The location was nice, inside the park with easy access to Bremen, but distant from the Old Town. The dining experience was exceptional, offering wonderful cuisine without leaving the hotel. The facilities were top-notch.

The room is spectacular with an excellent selection, featuring a huge bed, enormous cabinets, armchairs, coffee table, desk, and fridge. However, it seemed isolated from the rest of the hotel, having to take two different lifts from reception to the room. It looked a bit old.
