The hotel rooms were marvelous, with several saunas/steam rooms and a snow room, but lacked tea and coffee-making facilities. Air conditioning should be considered due to changing global weather patterns. The service was excellent, with minor hiccups, especially the helpful staff. The location was nice, inside the park with easy access to Bremen, but distant from the Old Town. The dining experience was exceptional, offering wonderful cuisine without leaving the hotel. The facilities were top-notch.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed that some facilities were out of order. On the bright side, there was plenty of parking space available, and the breakfast was top-notch.
